DECONSTRUCTED COCKTAILS
The art of making pasta goes back centuries, and takes skill and passion to make a truly impressive noodle. Join Chef Adam Rose or Chef Bob Crompton in the kitchen and get a little flour on your hands as they teach you the tradition of making pasta by hand. Create two Italian favorites — ravioli and orecchiette-and then enjoy the fruits of your labor along with a glass of wine. Guests will get to take home extra pasta dough, along with a recipe card and sauce.
